Weekly Report — one view of your whole week
The Weekly Report aggregates signals from Finance, Schedule, Nutrition, Activity, and Journey into a single review you can read in minutes.
The review most people skip is the one that pays
Tracking without reviewing is just collecting. The data accumulates, nobody reads it, and eventually the tracking stops — not because it was hard, but because it never changed a decision.
A weekly review is where collected data becomes a decision. It is also short: thirty minutes is enough, and fifteen if you are only looking at money.
What a week looks like when the parts can see each other
Read separately, four numbers say very little. Spending up eleven percent. Four workouts instead of two. Two nights under six hours. Dinner after nine on three days.
Read together they stop being four facts and become one story with an order: a heavy training block raised appetite, late meetings pushed dinner into delivery, short sleep followed, and the spending was the last link rather than the first. The useful intervention is at the front of that chain, and no single-purpose app can see the front of the chain.
This is what the Weekly Report is for. Not a dashboard of everything — a short read that surfaces the one connection worth acting on.
What it pulls together
- 1. Money — budget versus actual, and what moved
- 2. Schedule — what the week actually demanded
- 3. Nutrition — intake and its trend
- 4. Activity — training load and recovery
- 5. Journey — the notes that explain the numbers
Tracking less, on purpose
The instinct is to log everything, which is exactly why most tracking dies inside a month. The alternative is to track the few things that change decisions and let the rest go — the case is made in tracking your life without tracking everything.
If you want the broader idea behind this, start with what personal analytics actually is and what a personal operating system means.

Common questions
How long does a weekly review take?
Thirty minutes covers everything. Fifteen covers money alone. Under ten and it becomes glancing rather than reviewing.
Do I need to track every module for this to work?
No. The report reads whatever you keep. Two domains already produce connections one domain cannot.
When should I read it?
Whenever you will actually do it. A Sunday habit beats a better day you skip — see the Sunday reset checklist.
