1. Agreement

By creating an account or using LifesOS, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Refund Policy.

2. The service

LifesOS is an AI-powered personal productivity software product that helps you organize finance records, schedules, nutrition, activity, journey notes, and optional AI assistance. Subscriptions purchase access to premium software features.

3. Eligibility

LifesOS is intended for adults. Do not use the service if you are under 13.

4. Accounts

You are responsible for your credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep your password secure.

5. Acceptable use

• Do not abuse, disrupt, or attempt unauthorized access to the service.
• Do not upload unlawful content.
• Do not use AI features to violate applicable law or third-party rights.

6. Your content & intellectual property

You retain ownership of content you create. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate LifesOS features you use.

7. AI-generated content

AI assist is optional and may be unavailable at times. Outputs can be inaccurate or incomplete. Review important information before acting.

8. Subscriptions & recurring billing

Optional LifesOS Pro is a recurring subscription. Prices and intervals are shown on Pricing. Your subscription renews automatically until cancelled.

International card payments are processed by Lemon Squeezy as merchant of record. In Vietnam, a local payment provider may be available at checkout.

9. Cancellation

You may cancel anytime via Manage subscription or by contacting support. After cancellation, access to Pro typically continues until the end of the paid period. See Support.

10. Refunds

Refund requests are handled under our Refund Policy.

11. Availability

We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features and platforms may change.

12. Disclaimer

LifesOS is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. Informational insights are not professional advice.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LifesOS and its developer are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service.

14. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create security risk.

15. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use after material changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
