Privacy Policy
1. Scope
This policy explains how LifesOS collects, uses, and protects information when you use the web experience, Android build, or iPhone build.
2. Data we collect
- Account data: username, email, display name, password hash, and plan status.
- User-generated content: finance records, schedules, tasks, nutrition and activity entries, journey notes, and other content you create.
- AI inputs: content you submit for parsing or AI chat.
- Device permissions: microphone, camera, and photos only when you grant them and use related features.
- Technical data: limited server and error logs needed to operate the service.
- Marketing analytics: aggregate, non-PII events such as page views and button clicks on the public site.
3. How we use data
- Provide and maintain LifesOS features.
- Authenticate users, secure accounts, and manage subscriptions.
- Improve reliability, fix bugs, and provide support.
We do not sell your personal data.
4. Payments
When you purchase LifesOS Pro, payment is processed by a third-party provider. For international card checkout, Lemon Squeezy acts as merchant of record. LifesOS does not store raw card numbers.
5. Storage & security
Account and related content are stored on developer-operated infrastructure. Passwords are hashed, and your connection is protected with HTTPS.
6. Third parties
AI features may send content you provide to an AI model provider solely to fulfill your request. Payment providers process checkout as described above.
7. Retention
We retain data while your account is active or as needed to provide the service and comply with law.
8. Account & data deletion
Delete in-app via Settings → Danger zone → Delete account, follow the account deletion instructions, or email support.
9. Your rights
Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, export, or deletion by contacting us.
10. Children
LifesOS is not directed to children under 13.
11. Marketing-site analytics
The marketing website may record aggregate, non-PII events. Events do not include email, name, task content, card data, or AI prompts.
12. Changes
We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date will change when material updates are made.
